I have low experience with other Linux distributions, my opinion about Debian 11 is that beside certain newbie UEFI/EFI uncertainty during installation, it went OK. It has good amount of packages available like Ubuntu, it is reasonable easy to use it. I thank a few members that always replied my help request on https://forums.debian.net . Debian/Ubuntu is big, so one usually finds packages, tutorials and .deb for this distribution or for Ubuntu which usually apply also on Debian. I do not like Debian old school feature lacking layman unfriendly bug tracking system https://www.debian.org/Bugs/ . I do not feel the urge to move to another distribution.
